VEGETABLE JAM

We have 3 kinds of vegetable jam; carrot, tomato and plum. No pectin or food additives are used. The pure ingredients are boiled down.
Since malt sugar is used instead of sugar, all our jam is less sweet and the original taste of the vegetables can be enjoyed.
We also recommend these products to make deserts and cooking sauces.

Carrot Jam

Carrot Jam
■Ingredients: carrots left undisturbed under the snow "ukishita-ninjin" 60%, malt sugar 38%, lemons 1%, plum extract 1%.
Sugar content: 45% (less sweet).
Production area: Uonuma, Niigata prefecture.
Cultivation method: grown with organic fertilizer.
Net weight: 150g.
Shelf life is 1 year. Keep refrigerated for 7 days after opening.

Tomato Jam

Tomato Jam
■Ingredients: tomatoes 60%, malt sugar 38%, lemons 1%, plum extract 1%.
Sugar content: 45% (less sweet).
Production area: Uonuma, Niigata prefecture.
Cultivation method: grown with organic fertilizer.
Net weight: 150g.

Plum Jam

■Ingredients: plums 50%, malt sugar 38%, apples10%, lemons 1%, sugar 2%.
Sugar content: 45% (less sweet).
Production area: Niigata, Saitama prefecture.
